Job summary

A leading investment bank in Hong Kong is seeking an IPO Associate to assist in executing IPO projects and provide financial advisory. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in finance or economics, along with at least 3 years of experience in IPO or M&A. Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent command of Chinese and English are essential. This role offers a dynamic environment and the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in IPO Projects, Pre-IPO Investments, or M&A from Audit Firms or Investment Banks.
• Experience in preparing Pitchbooks.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules and takeover code.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution for IPO Projects and Financial Advisory.
• Provide liaison and advisory to clients based on regulatory requirements.
• Prepare Pitchbook and conduct market research.

Skills

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese

Excellent command of written English

Interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure
