Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance due diligence or related fields is preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence for Hong Kong and US IPOs, including site visits.
• Prepare and organize due diligence documentation in line with regulatory requirements (SFC Code of Conduct, HKEX).
