Job description

The Investor Relations Manager will lead the Group's capital markets strategy, financial communications, and stakeholder engagement. Operating as a key liaison between executive management and institutional investors, this role drives investor communications while overseeing ESG disclosures, internal control compliance, and financial public relations.

Key responsibilities
Investor Relations & Shareholder Engagement

Design and execute proactive investor relations strategies to elevate company visibility and credibility across the global investment community, including buy-side and sell-side.

Serve as the primary contact for investor and analyst enquiries, and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors.

Lead key investor activities, including non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and site visits.

Participate in preparation of financial announcements and reports in compliance with HKEX Listing Rules and governance guidelines.

Monitor shareholder register changes, trading activity, market consensus estimates, and peer valuations; translate findings into actionable insights for senior management.

Oversee and manage the Group's corporate website to ensure timely, accurate disclosure of regulatory announcements and operational updates.

Drive Group ESG initiatives, support management on strategy execution, target setting, and risk oversight.

Manage end-to-end ESG disclosures in compliance with HKEX requirements and global frameworks, working with external advisors; update internal policies to reflect regulatory changes.

Maintain external ESG ratings, handle investor inquiries, and ensure cross-departmental alignment.

Public Relations & Corporate Reputation

Maintain relationships with mainstream financial media to ensure appropriate disclosure of key operational progress and company events.

Lead crisis management and handle media enquiries to safeguard corporate reputation.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Corporate Communications, or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous.

6-10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or Financial PR, ideally within a HKEX-listed company or sell-side brokerage.

Solid understanding of equity capital markets, valuation methodologies, financial modeling, HKEX Listing Rules, and corporate governance standards; experience with ESG reporting is required.

Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with the confidence to communicate effectively with executive leadership, institutional investors, and financial media.

Highly autonomous and self-motivated; able to operate with composure, discretion, and maturity alongside C-suite management under tight deadlines.
