Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Senior Manager to lead the listed asset management IR program in Hong Kong. You will shape the IR strategy, manage relationships with institutional investors and analysts, and coordinate between Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure clear, compliant communication of financial and strategic information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Experience in digital assets, blockchain, virtual assets, or fintech is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting standards, listing rules, and disclosure requirements.
• Proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors and analysts, and managing earnings communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine the overall investor relations strategy and annual IR plan.
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts, shareholders, and potential investors.
• Prepare IR materials including earnings releases, presentations, annual and interim reports, roadshows, and disclosures in line with listing rules.
• Manage IR-related events, conferences, and agency relationships.
• Oversee the investor relations section of the corporate website and other digital channels.
• Organize and lead earnings calls, investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
• Monitor market sentiment, analyst reports, and shareholder composition; provide feedback to senior management and the Board.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial communications.
• Support capital-raising activities, including equity or debt issuances, and assist in valuation analysis.

• Manage relationships with institutional investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts, shareholders, and potential investors.
• Prepare IR related materials including earnings releases, financial presentations, annual and interim reports, investor presentations, roadshow materials, and other IR-related disclosures in compliance with applicable listing rules and regulations.
• Manage IR-related events, conferences, and third-party IR agency relationships where applicable.
• Oversee the investor relations section of the corporate website and other digital channels.
• Organize and lead earnings calls, investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with existing and prospective investors.
• Monitor market sentiment, analyst reports, and shareholder composition; provide regular feedback and insights to senior management and the Board.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely communication of financial and strategic information.
• Support capital-raising activities, including equity or debt issuances, and assist in valuation analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets.
• Experience in the digital assets, blockchain, virtual assets, or broader fintech sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting standards, listing rules (e.g., HKEX or equivalent), and disclosure requirements.
• Proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors and analysts, and successfully managing earnings communications and investor events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
