The company places strong emphasis on transparent investor communications, responsible ESG practices, and maintaining robust relationships with the global investment community. With a commitment to good corporate governance and financial integrity, Viva Goods offers a professional and dynamic environment for high-calibre individuals looking to make a real impact at the corporate level.

What you'll be doing?

  • Corporate Website Oversight: Manage the Group's corporate website to ensure timely and accurate disclosure of regulatory announcements and operational updates.
  • ESG Leadership: Drive the Group's ESG initiatives, support management on strategy execution and target setting, and manage end-to-end ESG disclosures aligned with HKEX and global frameworks.
  • Media & Public Relations: Maintain strong relationships with mainstream financial media and ensure appropriate disclosure of key business developments and company milestones.
  • Crisis Management: Lead crisis communications and handle media enquiries with composure and professionalism to protect and uphold the company's corporate reputation.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Corporate Communications, or a related field forms a solid foundation for this role.
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or Financial PR, ideally within a HKEX-listed company or sell-side brokerage environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity capital markets, valuation methodologies, financial modelling, HKEX Listing Rules, corporate governance standards, and ESG reporting frameworks.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are essential, as this role involves confident communication with institutional investors, executive leadership, and financial media across both language communities.
  • Personal Qualities: A highly autonomous, self-motivated individual who can operate with composure, discretion, and maturity alongside C-suite management, even under tight deadlines.
  • Availability: Candidates who are immediately available or able to join on short notice will be given priority consideration.
