Job summary

BIT, formerly Matrixport, seeks a senior professional to lead capital-raising for its private credit fund and manage investor relations in a dynamic, Asia-focused environment. You will craft compelling pitches, coordinate due‑diligence materials, and close commitments with institutional investors.

The role requires 3–8 years in asset/wealth management fundraising, a proven deal track record, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a strong regional network.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in business development, capital raising, investor relations, or institutional sales in asset/wealth management
• Proven track record of pitching investment products and closing capital commitments
• Strong understanding of fund structures (private funds, SPVs); familiarity with AI/infra investments is a plus
• Excellent presentation and pitch skills—comfortable with C-suite audiences
• Existing network of institutional investors in Asia (HK/SG/M.East) preferred
• Experience selling or marketing other financial products (DAM, custody, brokerage, RWA, prime brokerage) a plus
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written);投資人廣東華語客戶經驗加分
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA/CAIA a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead capital-raising efforts for BIT’s private credit fund and cultivate relationships with institutional investors
• Prepare and deliver investor pitches, decks, and due-diligence materials
• Manage the full investor journey from outreach to term negotiation and closing
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investor leads and track progress in CRM
• Represent the fund at industry conferences, roadshows, and investor events
• Support cross-selling and marketing of BIT’s other financial products
• Collaborate with marketing to develop pitch collateral and market commentary
• Stay current on AI compute market trends and investor sentiment to refine positioning
• Gather investor feedback to inform fund strategy and product development
• Assist team head on other initiatives and projects
