Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in financial operation and reporting.
• Experience planning and executing corporate communications strategies.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Experience with IPOs, equity placements, and block trades, pre-IPO.
• Minimum 1 year ECM related experience.
• University Degree holder in Finance /Accounting.
