A rapidly growing listed company in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to enhance their investor communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in a sizable China Listed Company with a strong background in corporate communications or investor relations, and must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include developing strategies for investor relations, organizing presentations, and acting as the primary contact for investors and analysts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in sizable China Listed Company with Corporate Communication / Investor Relations / Equity Research experience.
• Good connection with the investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc.
• Able to meet tight schedules and work under pressure.
• Flexible working hours and open to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Investor Relations and Communications strategies.

Job Description

• Develop and manage Investor Relations, Corporate Public Relations, Communications and Image Strategies/ Programs.
• Organize and attend investment presentations, conduct meetings and corporate events
• Working closely with CEO and other internal departments in formulating the investor relations strategy.
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press release, annual report, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters.
• Acting as the point of contact to investors, fund managers, analysts, government bodies and media on all the investor relations enquiries.
• Managing and participating in various investor communication channels such as road shows, conferences, meetings and results briefings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years professional experience in sizeable China Listed Company with Corporate Communication / Investor Relations / Equity Research experience
• Good connection with investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure.
