Job summary

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional in Hong Kong to manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders. You will coordinate earnings releases, roadshows, and investor research, while ensuring consistent external communication and strict insider information controls.

You will maintain an investor database, track holdings, and prepare equity stories and presentations in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration; CFA/CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of Hong Kong-listed company IR experience preferred; experience in computing power, cloud computing, data centers, or hard technology sectors preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, insider information management, and earnings releases; experience with annual reports and rights offerings preferred
• Excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) written and verbal communication skills; able to independently write English IR materials; proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, sovereign funds, family offices, and sell-side analysts; organize earnings releases, non-deal roadshows, investor research, and one-on-one meetings
• Handle inquiries from institutions, analysts, and minority shareholders; maintain external communication standards and insider information management
• Maintain investor database; track shareholder registers and institutional holdings changes; regularly produce shareholder structure analysis
• Develop Equity Story balancing traditional business with new narratives; independently produce Chinese and English investor presentations, and press releases
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and company secretarial teams to prepare earnings announcements and ESG reports; ensure compliance with listing rules
• Track stock prices, trading volumes, and market sentiment; produce IR monthly reports with feedback and risk analysis
• Assist in capital operations including placements, convertible bonds, and major acquisitions; coordinate with intermediaries to complete capital market work
• Maintain company website IR section; update announcements and ESG information
• Business travel may be required

Maintain relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, sovereign funds, family offices, and sell-side analysts; organize earnings releases, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, investor research, and one-on-one meetings; coordinate meeting materials, speeches, Q&A libraries, and post-meeting documentation

Handle inquiries from institutions, analysts, and minority shareholders in a timely manner; maintain unified external communication standards and strict insider information management

Maintain investor database; track shareholder registers, institutional holdings changes, and Hong Kong Stock Connect holdings; regularly produce shareholder structure analysis

Iterate company Equity Story balancing traditional business with new business narratives (AI cloud computing, computing power rental, IDC, domestic GPU cooperation); independently produce/revise Chinese and English investor presentations, FAQ libraries, management speeches, and press releases

Develop deep understanding of the computing power industry: computing power rental models, GPU supply, industry competition, capital expenditure, customer structure; independently explain new business operating metrics to institutions

Coordinate with finance, legal, and company secretarial teams to assist in preparing earnings announcements, annual reports, interim reports, ESG reports, and various temporary announcements; support investor communication materials for capital projects including rights offerings, convertible bonds, and major asset acquisitions; ensure all external disclosures comply with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules

Assist in organizing shareholder meetings and special shareholder meetings; support regulatory inquiry response materials

Track stock prices, trading volumes, comparable companies, computing power industry dynamics, sell-side research reports, and market sentiment; regularly produce IR monthly reports including stock price review, institutional feedback, valuation benchmarking, main market concerns, and risk warnings for board and management decision-making

Collect investor feedback on computing power business, capital expenditure, mergers and acquisitions, and financing solutions; formulate recommendations

Deeply participate in capital operations including placements, convertible bond issuances, and major acquisitions; manage investor communication, prepare roadshow materials, organize investor feedback; coordinate with intermediaries (investment banks, law firms) to complete capital market work

Maintain company website IR section; update announcements, presentation materials, and ESG-related information

Business travel maybe required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration; CFA/CPA preferred

3-5 years of Hong Kong-listed company IR experience preferred; also accept candidates with equivalent background from investment banking ECM or Hong Kong sell-side research; experience in computing power, cloud computing, data centers, or hard technology sectors preferred

Familiar with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, Hong Kong stock information disclosure, and insider information management; experience with annual reports/earnings releases, roadshows, rights offerings, convertible bonds, and merger and acquisition projects preferred

Excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) written and verbal communication skills; able to independently write English IR materials with English as working language; proficient in Bloomberg, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong business understanding; able to quickly understand new business models (computing power rental, IDC, GPU industry chain); high communication emotional intelligence; able to handle high-intensity work during earnings seasons and financing projects
