Job summary

Invomag Limited in Hong Kong seeks a meticulous, numerate Investment Operations & Executive Assistant to support the Portfolio Manager. This hybrid role blends mid-to-back-office financial execution with executive administration, requiring strong trade operations, accounting, and VBP/PM systems experience.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end trade lifecycles, reconcile multi-asset books, support PMS/OMS, enforce internal risk controls, and produce concise market briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Family Office, Hedge Fund, Asset Management, or Private Banking environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical mindset with ability to check statements and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AI tools and readiness to apply new AI skills at work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to operation manuals, especially with sensitive trade data and financial ledgers.
• Proactive, ownership-driven work ethic with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Trade lifecycle management from end-to-end, ensuring accurate portfolio records and settlements.
• Trade bookkeeping & reconciliation across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and hedge funds.
• PMS & OMS administration, including upgrades, data migration and UAT support.
• Risk management support with monitoring of pre-trade risk indicators and daily limits.
• Market intelligence synthesis: summarize key market developments for concise briefings.
