Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in middle office or related areas within financial services. You will collaborate with Client Services, Risk, and Technology to drive efficient operations and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in middle office, asset servicing, equities operations, or equivalent roles in financial services.
• Broad knowledge of investment products preferred.
• Strong risk awareness with disciplined escalation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily post-trade operations across multiple asset classes (funding, trade matching, settlement, reconciliation).
• Execute end-to-end corporate action processing with exception handling.
• Manage transfer requests, primary market operations, and related wealth product activities.
• Provide operational support to Client Services for inquiries and issues.
• Conduct GL entries and system records reconciliation and verification.
• Support risk and control governance with MIS reporting and audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and collaborate with Business/Tech to translate requirements into delivered solutions.
