Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC (Asia)) is seeking a capable fund operations professional to validate trade and market data, ensure timely NAV delivery, and manage client onboarding workflows. You will coordinate with clients and vendors, support system projects, and work with internal teams to resolve accounting and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• HKICPA or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years (Assistant Manager) or 8 years (Manager) of relevant experience in investment management or fund administration/accounting for investment funds in public markets.
• Knowledge of Geneva is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in PC skills (Excel, Outlook); VBA and macros are a plus.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular trade data and market data validation across asset classes (equities, futures & options, fixed income, FX, OTC).
• Ensure NAV is delivered on time and resolve market data issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain portfolios’ records and coordinate client onboarding workflows.
• Act as a contact point for clients, anticipate issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting and operational issues.
• Support system deployments and policy/procedure enhancements and ensure regulatory compliance.
