Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a Fund Operations professional to ensure the accuracy of daily trade execution and to review NAV calculations in collaboration with custodians and fund administrators. The role covers daily fund operations, including account openings, subscriptions, redemptions and KYC, with timely maintenance of client records and regulatory data.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3–5 years in fund accounting in sizable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years fund accounting ,operation experience gained in sizable companies.
• Knowledge of excel and some programming skills are preferred.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy of daily trade execution
• Conduct account reconciliation with the custodian bank and fund administrator, review NAV calculation results
• Responsible for daily fund operations management, account opening, investor subscriptions and redemptions and KYC
• Maintain client & transaction records, products information, regulatory requirements and different statistical data for regulators and internal management on a timely basis
• Coordinate Bloomberg setup and enhancements
