ICBC (Asia) Limited is seeking an experienced Fund Operations Specialist to ensure timely and accurate NAV production, reinforce operational risk controls, and deliver high-quality client services across multiple fund structures.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily fund accounting, reviewing NAV packages, monitoring workflows to meet client deadlines, and resolving valuation or pricing issues in a timely manner.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, derivatives, and valuation.
• Experience with Geneva, Bloomberg or other fund accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily fund accounting and NAV calculation for various fund structures.
• Check NAV packages, financial reports and client deliverables before release.
• Monitor daily operational workflow and ensure all client deadlines are met.
• Investigate NAV exceptions, pricing issues, reconciliation breaks and operational incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle complex fund events, including corporate actions, performance fees, FX forward/NDf valuation and derivatives valuation.
• Liaise with fund managers, custodians, auditors, brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor operation risk and internal controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
