Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking an Investment Banking Operations professional to provide business management support to the investment banking group globally, coordinating with front office teams and control functions across APAC and Europe.

You will work with the COO and IB business management team on daily operations, develop business plans, prepare management reports and presentations, manage internal processes for transactions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Front Office operations.
• Analytically minded and numbers-focused.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the COO and IB team on daily operations.
• Assist in developing business plans and managing lines of business.
• Communicate with front office and support functions across regions.
• Develop management reports and prepare presentations.
• Oversee front-to-back internal processes for IB transactions.
• Administer CRM and Project Management systems.
• Identify process improvements and ensure policy compliance.
