Qualifikationen

Our client is an emerging AI Infrastructure Fund with growing presence across Asia Pacific. To support the Fund's mandate to invest in privately held, growth stages companies across the AI Infrastructure ecosystem, they are seeking a seasoned Investment Associate to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Investment, this is a multi-faceted role combining research and investment execution support. You will be actively involved in conducting primary research and building proprietary market intelligence across the value chain, sourcing and validating data from non-traditional channels, developing investment thesis, screening and evaluating potential opportunities, performing valuation and financial analysis, and supporting live transactions through due diligence, financial modelling, investment committee materials and deal execution.

Experience

Ideally, you have 2 - 4+ years of experience across equity research, private equity and/or investment banking. You bring a strong foundation in financial due diligence, modelling and transaction support. Prior expertise across the data centre and/or infrastructure ecosystem would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as entrepreneurial, driven and passionate about the business.
