Job summary

Lotus Asset Management Limited is seeking an analyst to support fixed income and credit research, assist portfolio managers with investment analysis and presentations, and monitor portfolio performance and risks. You will also reconcile portfolios and support trade settlement, working with administrators, brokers and custodians to resolve discrepancies.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment research, fixed income or fund operations. Strong fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Good understanding of financial markets, financial statements and fixed income products.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg, Python or CPA qualifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and AI agents to enhance research, analysis, reporting and workflow efficiency, with the ability to critically verify AI-generated outputs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
