Job Description
The Investor Relations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the firm's interaction with global investors and ensuring high‑quality delivery of information, analysis, and service. Core responsibilities include:
- NAV Estimates & Distribution Support
- Assist in preparing and distributing monthly NAV estimates.
- Maintain and update investor distribution lists.
- Investor Materials & Data Management
- Maintain investor data packs, due diligence materials, and the firm's data room.
- Keep CRM systems updated to ensure accurate and timely investor records.
- Subscription & Redemption Processing
- Coordinate investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and related documentation.
- Presentation & Communications Development
- Prepare high‑quality presentation decks, newsletters, and periodic investor reports.
- Firm/Fund Database Administration
- Update fund and firm information across relevant industry databases and investor portals.
- Investor & Administrator Relationship Support
- Maintain professional communication with fund administrators and investors to ensure smooth information flow and operational consistency.
- Overseas Roadshow Coordination
- Provide logistical and analytical support for international investor meetings and roadshows.
- Investor Services & Meeting Coordination
- Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Arrange investor meetings and prepare relevant briefing materials.
- Operational Due Diligence (ODD) Support
- Assist in updating ODD materials and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
The Successful Applicant
- Self‑driven, proactive, and committed to excellence; thrives in a performance‑oriented culture.
- University degree from global top university in Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, investor relations, or related financial fields.
- Excellent command of both English and Putonghua (spoken and written).
- Strong sense of responsibility and a fast learner.
- Genuine interest and long‑term commitment to the asset management industry.
- Able to communicate professionally with global investors and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong accuracy and documentation skills.
