Job summary

Neuberger Berman in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Intermediary Sales team with servicing retail and private bank distributors. You will coordinate client-facing activities, manage day-to-day sales operations, and support the preparation of marketing collateral and fund reports.

The role requires experience in asset management or client servicing, proficiency in Salesforce, and language skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in asset management, intermediary sales, or client servicing.
• Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes.
• Proficient in Salesforce; Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Seismic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc requests from intermediary clients and distributors
• Maintain client records, meeting notes, and activity tracking via Salesforce
• Manage full logistics for PM roadshows, client seminars, adviser events and daily branch visits
• Prepare and update a variety of sales and marketing collaterals including presentations, sales flyers, one pagers, and fund emailers
• Coordinate DDQs, RFPs, ongoing due diligence reviews
• Produce weekly and ad-hoc fund reports using Bloomberg/Morningstar; manage content via Seismic
• Process T&E reports, invoices, and travel arrangements
• Act as key coordinator on behalf of the sales team with colleagues in various other functions/departments to fulfill the work tasks
