Job summary

Job description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead concept development and detailed design for hospitality and high-end interior projects, ensuring each space reflects a clear narrative, strong sense of place, and operational practicality.

Key responsibilities

Develop design concepts and prepare presentations

Coordinate space planning and technical drawings

Select FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)

Oversee documentation from schematic design through construction

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to manage design deliverables

Respond to client feedback and support project execution within budget, schedule, and sustainability goals

Contribute to brand and styling direction

Support quality control across all project stages

About you

Strong expertise in Interior Design and FF&E, including concept development, material and furniture selection, and creating cohesive hospitality environments

Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to design functional, guest-focused layouts aligned with operational requirements

Solid experience with Construction Drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors through design and build phases

Relevant tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with substantial experience in hospitality, F&B, or spa projects

Advanced skills in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visual presentation abilities

Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead design discussions and mentor junior team members

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a commitment to sustainable design and attention to detail

Proficient in Mandarin language is a must as many of our projects are in China
