Job summary
Captar Partners Limited is recruiting an Insurance Specialist for a premier international retail bank in Hong Kong. You will drive life insurance sales through collaboration with Relationship Managers across retail banking and affluent clients, delivering needs-based advisory on protection and legacy planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or related discipline.
- Possess IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, and 5 or CFP/ChFC designation.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in insurance sales or wealth management within retail banking.
Responsibilities
- Drive life insurance sales with Relationship Managers across retail banking and affluent clients.
- Provide needs-based insurance advisory services on protection, savings, retirement, and legacy planning.
- Conduct joint client meetings to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide specialized insurance expertise.
- Deliver regular product training to frontline staff and share market updates.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure insurance proposals align with client risk profiles and goals.
- Collaborate with product partners and underwriters to tailor competitive insurance packages.
