Qualifications

• Tertiary education in finance or business.
• Solid life insurance experience, Bancassurance preferred.
• Insurance licenses required and CPD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an insurance portfolio to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify wealth needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Lead planning for Relationship Managers to meet business objectives.
• Increase productivity in the High Net Worth/Premier segment.
• Build strong working relationships with partnered Relationship Managers.
• Provide wealth management services, including regular financial reviews.
• Foster a positive team culture and share product knowledge.
