AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Training Professional to deliver IIQE and foundation programs and to assist in developing comprehensive training materials aligned with AXA culture and business goals.

You will design digital training content, support CPD accreditation, and help organize training events to strengthen sales knowledge. Strong English and Chinese communication and presentation skills are essential.

Competenze

University degree of any discipline.
FLMI, CII and insurance qualification preferred.
At least 2 years in sales or agency training in life insurance and/or general insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
Work under pressure and self-motivated.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

To deliver IIQE and foundation training programs.
To assist the team head to develop and deliver training programs.
To assist the design and revamp of training programs with materials to meet AXA culture and business goals.
To design and develop digital training materials (E learning, video shooting etc).
To participate assigned projects to drive business desired results.
To prepare trainers guides for standardized course delivery with learning points, methodology and materials checklists.
To provide support on training administration and logistics including rooms, equipment and inventory control.
To design, develop and deliver in-house CPD accreditations programs and external CPD programs.
To assist senior with product launch training development.
To update training materials.
To assist team head to organize training events to strengthen sales knowledge and skills.
To monitor and track training effectiveness.

Qualifications

University degree of any discipline
FLMI, CII and insurance qualification preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
