Job summary

PURESOFTWARE SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Analyst to join our insurance solutions team in a senior BA/Systems Analyst role.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with general or life insurance processes and can map requirements to PAS, policy lifecycles, underwriting rules, and claims workflows. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to gather functional specs, design integrations (APIs/web services), and ensure quality through testing.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as System/Business/Functional Analyst
• Experience on enterprise-level applications
• Insurance domain experience in Life Insurance or General Insurance
• Experience coordinating with business and technical teams
• Understanding policy lifecycle and claims workflows
• Familiarity with PAS and policy lifecycle basics

Responsibilities

• Policy administration: issuance, renewal, endorsement, cancellation
• Claims management and processing
• Underwriting and risk assessment
• Premium calculation and payment processing
• New business and policy servicing
• Customer, agent, broker, and intermediary management
• Commission calculation and reconciliation
