Job summary

Morgan McKinley Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Life Insurance to join our growing team. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements and translate goals into functional specs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of BA experience in life insurers, brokers, or consulting, with strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience within a Life Insurer, broker, or insurance consulting firm in Hong Kong.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, policy lifecycles, or operational workflows.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Candidate with Employee Benefits, Life operations or Finance Transformations is highly preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong track record in requirement gathering, process mapping, user testing (UAT), and stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
