Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support an insurance compensation programme within a structured IT and operations delivery environment in Hong Kong. You will assist planning, tracking, and reporting, update schedules, logs, risks and issues, and coordinate activities across business users, IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years IT project coordination and project management.
• Experience supporting IT projects through SDLC.
• Insurance or financial services exposure an advantage.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tools.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Update project schedules, action logs, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate activities across business users, IT, and vendors.
• Prepare meeting materials, status reports, and minutes.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Act as first-line IT coordination point for business users.
• Track enhancement requests and follow up with IT teams.
