Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of insurance processes (underwriting, policy administration, or claims).
• Experience supporting technology or business transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Map current and future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution and implementation.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
