Job summary

Greenhouse Software, Inc. is seeking an OTC Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding institutional clients and structuring large-volume stablecoin trades.

You will collaborate with trading, compliance, and product teams to ensure compliant, seamless execution and growth of liquidity. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in institutional sales or OTC desks, a deep understanding of stablecoins and multi-chain ecosystems, and an active network of crypto market

Qualifications

• 2+ years in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks.
• Deep understanding of stablecoins and multi-chain dynamics.
• Active network of institutional crypto participants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales to expand institutional footprint and market presence.
• Source strategic accounts including HNWIs, market makers, and desks.
• Manage liquidity and execute large-block trades with solid relationships.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams.
