Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Corporate Services Manager to lead the Bankwise Infrastructure Project, overseeing new builds, A&A and fit-outs. You will supervise consultants, contractors and vendors, coordinate internal stakeholders, monitor time, cost, and quality, and ensure compliance with bank processes within budget and schedule.

The role requires a degree in architecture, surveying or building services, 10+ years’ infrastructure project management experience, and

Qualifications

Degree holder in architecture, surveying, building services installation or related disciplines.
Over 10 years of work experience in infrastructure project management.
Prior banking industry experience preferred.
Membership of HKIA, HKIS, HKE or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

Manage the Bankwise Infrastructure Project including new build, A&A and fitting out.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and oversee external consultants, contractors and vendors.
Follow up on construction work and related administration tasks.
Monitor design and project management consultants and vendors on time, cost, and quality.
Coordinate internal requirements with external units, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Ensure project completion in budget, on schedule, and in compliance with bank processes.
