The ideal candidate has 10+ years in infrastructure project management, experience with data center builds and relocations, and strong vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery for infrastructure readiness of network hardware (switches/routers).
• Coordinate installation of technology infrastructure transforming employee and client experiences.
• Procure hardware and manage deliveries with vendors, including staging.
• Create and manage Technology Change Management tickets and track deliverables.
• Provide weekly status reports internally and to clients as required.
• Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate internal and third-party teams.

World Wide Technology is looking for a Infrastructure Network Project Manager to join our Strategic Resourcing practice. This is a contract role supporting one of WWT’s enterprise customers. The selected candidate will be employed by one of WWT’s preferred partners, who will provide full compensation and benefits details prior to employment. About the Position

Seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager located in the APAC region to own and lead full lifecycle project delivery for all infrastructure readiness associated with network hardware, switches and routers. The infrastructure project manager will coordinate the installation of technology infrastructure that will transform our employee and client experiences. The role involves the procurement, coordination and installation of network hardware switches and routers to build a new DMZ and Branch Office Secure IoT initiative for our office.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of direct infrastructure project management experience
• Branch office or Data center build, renovations, relocations
• Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware
• Understands how to partner with vendors for installation
• Experience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds and/or corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and business relocations
• Understanding of cabling, corporate services, cable management
• Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgrades
• Experience with installation of DMZ networks and IoT services
• Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to business unit request
• Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/ consultants
• Gather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level design
• Identify and manage issue log
• Develop, track and coordinate schedule
• Procure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including staging
• Create and Manage the Technology Change Management tickets
• Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required
• Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project
