Job summary

IO Tech Solutions Limited is seeking an Infrastructure/Network Operations Support Engineer in Hong Kong to maintain and improve enterprise network and application delivery infrastructure in a global production environment. You will administer F5 BIG-IP and A10 load balancers, DNS, and network connectivity, perform changes, incident troubleshooting, and automate tasks with scripting.

Collaboration with global teams ensures high availability and service reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Operations.
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (A10 ADC experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and switching.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Scripting or automation experience using Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Financial services or large enterprise experience is highly preferred.
