Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Change Management professional to oversee daily operations, change reviews, and CAB processes within our banking technology framework.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT Services Management; banking/financial industry experience is preferred.
• Project Management and ITIL experience is preferable.
• Strong IT knowledge on Infrastructure, Database, System, and Network.
• Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, and well-organized with a high level of integrity.
• Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Aufgaben

• Host daily IT Operations problem/change review meeting in the morning and follow-up.
• Review and approve the Change Request and arrange CAB.
• Monitor and follow-up the Change Request completion and outstanding status.
• Monthly Management Reporting: Keep the policy and procedures updated and conduct annual user training.
• IT Incident / Problem follow-up (from open to close with proper approval and according to policy and procedures).
• Host the monthly incident/problem review meeting with IT Operations, Development, and Governance Team, etc.
• Keep the policy and procedures updated.
