Job summary

Hopewell Holdings Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Information Technology Manager – Infrastructure & Services to oversee hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, enterprise networks, server rooms, and corporate productivity systems. You will lead DR tests, backups, BCP, ITSM operations, and drive automation and secure AI tools to boost efficiency.

• Strong Windows/Linux, AD, and virtualization knowledge.
• Networking with Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hybrid cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, networks, and server rooms.
• Lead DR tests, backups, and business continuity planning.
• Manage ITSM operations, escalations, and team development.
• Drive automation and secure AI tool adoption for IT ops.
• Enforce security controls across endpoints, IAM/MFA, SaaS, and AI.
• Monitor patches, cyber incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Build 1–3 year technology roadmap; manage vendor lifecycles & SLAs.

Information Technology Manager – Infrastructure & Services

IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration

Oversee hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, enterprise networks, server rooms, and corporate productivity systems.

Maintain operational resilience through routine testing of disaster recovery, backups, and business continuity plans.

Lead ITSM operations, service escalations, and team development to maintain high support standards.

Drive operational efficiency by implementing workflow automations and secure enterprise AI tools.

Enforce security and data protection controls across endpoints, networks, IAM/MFA, SaaS, and AI environments.

Monitor vulnerabilities, execute timely patching, and direct cyber incident response efforts.

Technology Strategy, Change Management & Vendor Relations

Build a 1 – 3 years technology roadmap and deliver modernization projects on time and within budget.

Manage vendor and partner lifecycles, covering RFPs, contracts, SLAs, and performance management.

Requirements:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience

8–10 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and enterprise systems.

3–5 years of IT management or team leadership experience overseeing service delivery and operations.

Experience supporting multi‑site operations, particularly in hospitality, retail, or property management, is advantageous.

Technical Proficiency

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix AHV, and Microsoft 365.

Hands‑on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent solutions, covering routing, switching, wireless networks, and firewalls.

Sound knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and controls, including endpoint detection and response (EDR) and email security gateways.

Practical experience using secure AI tools, automation scripts, and workflow solutions to streamline IT operations and improve productivity.

Key Attributes and Soft Skills

Proactive problem‑solving: Able to identify risks, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities within the IT environment, and propose and implement practical solutions.

Adaptability and resourcefulness: Responsive to changing business needs and capable of delivering results by making effective use of available resources.

Leadership and project management: Able to coordinate across departments, manage vendors, and lead teams through technology projects and digital transformation.

Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and/or Mandarin.

Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation, PMP, or relevant cloud, cybersecurity, automation, or AI certifications are advantageous.
