Qualifications

• Degree holder with a few years of risk/compliance experience.
• Familiarity with information governance or enhanced due diligence background checks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information governance activities across the firm to keep records and documents organised.
• Review for any risk alerts and follow protocol to flag any risk to the relevant parties.
• Monitor internal records for personal data governance.
• Review and organise documents to support accurate information handling.
• Work with colleagues to coordinate document-related requests and follow-up actions.
• Support the consistent use of agreed document management processes across the firm.
