Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to oversee information governance within a leading US law firm in Hong Kong. You will coordinate governance activities, review risk alerts, and ensure compliant handling of personal data across the firm, working with colleagues to manage document requests and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has a degree and several years of risk or compliance experience, with strong English fluency; Chinese language

Formación

The candidate will be a degree holder with several years of risk/compliance experience.
Familiarity with information governance or enhanced due diligence for background checks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
High fluency in English; Chinese language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate information governance activities across the firm to keep records and documents organised.
Review for risk alerts and follow protocol to flag risks to relevant parties.
Monitor internal records for personal data governance.
Review and organise documents to support accurate information handling.
Work with colleagues to coordinate document-related requests and follow-up actions.
Support the consistent use of agreed document management processes across the firm.
