Fangda Partners is seeking a knowledge management professional to support transaction teams by maintaining up-to-date legal knowhow, recording precedents, and tracking regulatory changes from HKEX and SFC. You will manage ECM/IPOs/M&A precedents, prepare training slides on regulations, and assist teams with research and internal knowledge sharing.
Ideal candidates hold a legal diploma or higher with at least 3 years in corporate finance, and are fluent in English and Chinese
Supports the transaction teams by managing legal knowledge, recording precedents, and tracking regulatory changes from The Hong Kong Stock Exchange and The Securities and Futures Commission.
Maintain up-to-date knowhow database and precedent libraries for equity capital markets (ECM), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and public/private Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Prepare training slides related to rules, regulations and recent regulatory updates from The Hong Kong Stock Exchange and The Securities and Futures Commission
Assist transaction teams with knowhow and precedent research, including identifying relevant regulatory guidance, market precedents and internal practice materials
Assist with internal knowledge sharing for lawyers and other professional staff
Other duties as assigned
Diploma or above in legal study
Minimum 3 years of corporate finance experience
Good knowledge of, or practical exposure to, the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), and corporate finance transactions is preferred
Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded with strong organizational ability and strong sense of responsibility
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Immediate availability is highly preferred
