Job summary

Fangda Partners is seeking a knowledge management professional to support transaction teams by maintaining up-to-date legal knowhow, recording precedents, and tracking regulatory changes from HKEX and SFC. You will manage ECM/IPOs/M&A precedents, prepare training slides on regulations, and assist teams with research and internal knowledge sharing.

Ideal candidates hold a legal diploma or higher with at least 3 years in corporate finance, and are fluent in English and Chinese

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in legal study is required.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate finance experience.
• Good knowledge of HK Listing Rules and SFO preferred.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowhow database and precedent libraries for ECM, IPOs, and M&A.
• Prepare training slides on rules, regulations and regulatory updates from HKEX and SFC.
• Assist transaction teams with knowhow and precedent research, including regulatory guidance and market precedents.
• Assist with internal knowledge sharing for lawyers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
