We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inforce Business Associate to join the Hong Kong office of an established financial services company.
This is an operations-focused position supporting the ongoing administration and servicing of existing life insurance policies. It is not a sales role.
The successful candidate will work as part of a professional team and will be trained in our internal procedures and insurance servicing processes.
Support the day-to-day servicing and administration of existing life insurance policies from request through completion
Prepare, check and follow up on premium-related documentation and records
Assist with policy servicing requests, claims and other post-issue transactions
Liaise with insurance companies, business partners and internal colleagues
Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate policy records
Retrieve and organize historical policy and client information
Prepare documentation for policy reviews and servicing requests
Take ownership of assigned cases and follow up proactively until the required action is completed
Follow up on outstanding cases and ensure required actions are completed on time
Check information and documentation carefully for completeness and accuracy
Support operational and administrative work of the team as required
Assist in improving existing processes through more efficient use of technology and digital tools
University degree holder
Minimum 1 year of full-time professional working experience, preferably in financial services, client servicing or operations environment
Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, policy administration or operations is preferred
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Responsible, organized and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Able to learn new procedures quickly, retain instructions and apply them consistently
Strong written English and good spoken English and Cantonese
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and comfortable working with detailed spreadsheets and records
Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong sense of ownership and willingness to follow assignments through to completion
Comfortable supporting high-volume, deadline-sensitive operational work
Cooperative and dependable when working as part of a team
