Job summary

Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital on Hong Kong Island is seeking an Executive Assistant II to support the Infection Control Team. You will handle day-to-day admin, arrange meetings, prepare reports, manage data, and assist with website updates.

The post requires F.5/S.5 with a diploma in a specialized function, fluency in English and Chinese, and relevant clerical experience. Preference given to those with experience in surgical respirator fit tests and basic graphic or website

Qualifications

• Completed F.5/S.5 with English and Chinese language passes or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day administrative functions including stock and inventory
• Coordinate and organize meetings, programmes and activities
• Assist in word processing, report preparation, data entry and simple statistics
• Coordinate and conduct Surgical Respirator (N95) Fit Test for health workers
• Assist in website updates and maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
