Job summary

APJ Software (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking a Business Analyst - Healthcare IT Solutions to lead end-to-end contracted technical projects, from requirements gathering to warranty and maintenance.

You will coordinate with clients, internal teams and overseas consultants, ensuring delivery standards, documentation norms and risk management are applied throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials or related STEM disciplines.
• Hands-on experience in solution drafting, delivery-process optimisation and documentation framework.
• Good awareness of change control, source-code hand-over and IP risk management.
• Sound technical judgement for system-solution review and risk identification; capable of peer-level professional communication with external consultants.
• Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in reading & writing English technical proposals, contracts and acceptance documents; basic Cantonese for daily workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the company's contracted technical solution projects, from demand research to warranty and maintenance.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and overseas third-party consultants; analyse requirements and assess schedule-cost impact.
• Maintain on-the-ground project delivery standards, documentation norms, version control, source code delivery and IP protection.
• Manage ongoing solution projects, resolve resource conflicts and report weekly status and risks with corrective actions.
• Govern external consultants, review proposals and reports, drive technical reviews and coordinate maintenance services.
• Capture best practices and optimise templates/workflows for future projects.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's contracted technical solution projects, including client business requirements, coordinating the entire lifecycle from demand research, solution confirmation, phased iterations (P1/P2), client UAT acceptance to warranty and maintenance. Additionally, oversee external third‑party technical consultants, conduct solution reviews and deliverable audits, and manage project progress, costs, quality, and risks.

2. Liaise with clients, internal teams and overseas third‑party technical consultants. Analyse business requirements, assess schedule‑cost impact from requirement changes, organise solution reviews and conduct professional peer‑level discussions.

3. On‑the-ground project delivery standards, technical documentation norms, version control processes, and the implementation of source code delivery and intellectual property protection‑related project management requirements.

4. Manage ongoing solution projects, resolve internal resource conflicts and set priorities. Prepare weekly project status & risk reports for management and propose corrective actions for schedule or budget deviations.

5. Govern external technical consultants, review their technical proposals & reports, organise technical reviews and drive implementation. Oversee incident response and issue closure within warranty period and coordinate annual maintenance services.

6. Accumulate industry‑solution best practices, optimise templates and workflows, support feasibility assessment for new project opportunities.
