Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of operations management experience.
• Experience leading large teams and cross-cultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain, and quality control.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations of golf bags, ensuring efficiency, quality and timely delivery.
• Manage raw material sourcing and inventory control.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices, reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Lead and train local staff, foster a collaborative work environment and ensure compliance with policies.
