About you

Proven ability to manage large teams and cross-cultural environments

Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems

Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese is an advantage

Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable to long-term overseas assignments

Willing to be permanently based in Indonesia
