Kid Line Worldwide Limited is seeking an experienced Product Development Design Manager to lead the design and development of premium golf bags and related lifestyle accessories in Hong Kong. The role drives concept creation, prototyping, material sourcing and collaboration with global customers to ensure high quality, functional and aesthetically aligned products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years of product design and development experience.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of golf bags, lifestyle bags and related accessories.
• Create product concepts aligned with customer requirements, market trends and brand positioning.
• Develop specifications, drawings, mock-ups and prototypes.
• Manage multiple development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Coordinate reviews, revisions and approvals with international customers.
• Lead material sourcing and supplier collaboration to optimize quality and cost.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
