Job summary

Rise Wise Foundation is seeking an Inclusive Operations & SEN Support Manager for an on-site, full-time role in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily operations of an inclusive training center and coordinate SEN staff, schedules, resources and inquiries to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Responsibilities include designing tailored job adaptations, maintaining records, and building a supportive environment where SEN participants can gain meaningful skills and confidence in daily work activities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background supporting neurodivergent individuals in educational, therapeutic, or social settings.
• Hands-on experience with dog handling and animal welfare in program settings.
• Strong organizational skills for planning activities and using data/feedback to improve delivery.
• Excellent Cantonese and English interpersonal skills for staff, families and partners.

Inclusive Operations & SEN Support Manager

Role Description

The Inclusive Operations & SEN Support Manager is an on-site, full-time role based in Hong Kong responsible for overseeing daily operation of inclusive training center and leaning activities across our animal-assisted learning programs. The manager coordinates schedules, resources, and communication between Special Educational Needs (SEN) part-time staff. You will act as an educator and operational coach- designing tailored job adaptations, inclusive operations, maintaining documentation and reports, and responding to inquiries to provide consistent and building a supportive environment where SEN part-time can gain meaningful skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily work as a pet sitter and pet groomer.

Qualifications

• SEN & Inclusive Training: Demonstrated background supporting neurodivergent individuals in educational, therapeutic, or social enterprise settings, with experience coaching teams in inclusive and SEN-sensitive practices.
• Animal & Dog Handling: Hands-on experience with dog handling, animal welfare, and risk management in program or therapeutic settings.
• Operations & Analysis: Strong operational skills in organizing activities, allocating resources, and using data/feedback to continuously improve program delivery.
• Communication & Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills (Cantonese & English) to engage respectfully with SEN staff, families, and partners while delivering welcoming, person-centered service.
• Education & Governance: Degree or diploma in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Special Needs, or related fields; knowledge of safeguarding and workplace risk management preferred.
• Location: Based in Hong Kong, fully available for on-site collaboration in a dynamic team environment.
