Lane Crawford is seeking an in-store Concierge / Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional concierge service, engage customers with fashion insights and build lasting relationships at our Hong Kong store.

The role requires at least 2 years in a service-related field, a strong service mindset, and fluency in English and Mandarin. You will work with various departments to fulfill requests, maintain standards of grooming and presentation, and contribute to a premium customer experience.
