Job summary

Burberry Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Client Advisor to build relationships with Burberry’s clients, delivering a personalised and elevated experience with commercial success. You will report to store management and inspire clients through passion for the brand, fashion and luxury products.

As an expert in client engagement, you will demonstrate knowledge in styling and selling, helping to drive sales while upholding Burberry’s luxury standards and in-store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Previous experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Inspire clients with storytelling and passion for Burberry.
• Provide luxury service with product, fashion and styling knowledge.
