Job summary

Lane Crawford is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations for F&B and Retail, ensuring smooth launches, activations, and events. You will coach frontline staff, enforce SOPs, drive sales, and safeguard food safety and health & safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in premium retail or luxury hospitality, excellent people skills, and fluency in English (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in premium retail, department stores, hospitality, F&B, or luxury retail.
• Experience managing both retail and food service operations is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations for F&B and Retail, acting as the main contact for new launches, activations, and events
• Supervise, coach, and schedule frontline staff, while assisting with recruitment and team deployment
• Enforce company SOPs, visual merchandising standards, food safety guidelines, and health & safety regulations
• Drive sales targets, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage operational costs and inventory
• Maintain high service standards, resolve customer escalations, and build long-term customer loyalty
• Act as the subject matter expert to champion product and brand knowledge across the F&B and Retail teams
• Partner with Store Management teams to optimize cross-selling and drive joint business opportunities
