• Minimum 2 years in luxury retail, hospitality or private client relations.
• Strong client-focused mindset with high standards of quality.
• Knowledge of luxury client segmentation and trends preferred.
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences on the floor as the clienteling expert.
• Participate in events and maintain client profile books with engagement strategies.
