Institute of Philanthropy in Hong Kong is seeking a senior role to support end-to-end development of pilot projects across public, private, and philanthropic sectors. You will collaborate with internal teams and external funders to design financing instruments, perform due diligence, and manage stakeholder relationships to advance impact-focused philanthropy.

Formación

• Minimum five years of relevant work experience in grant-making, impact investing, private investments, or strategic partnership.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills based on quantitative and qualitative evidence gathering.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities to assess impact and risk across project financing structures.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese with internal/external partners.
• Demonstrated success in high-pressure, complex environments while collaborating effectively.
• Interest in philanthropy, development, and economic policy with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end development of pilot projects, including issue analysis, feasibility analysis and due diligence, design and development of financing instruments, financial modelling, impact measurement design, and contract structuring and negotiation.
• Compile the requisite materials for decision by the Board and Management.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across public, private and philanthropic sectors to support pilot project and field-building activities.
• Establish relationships with external stakeholders, including philanthropic funders, academic experts, policymakers, non-profit organisations, and intermediaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish new processes around managing diverse funding models for impact.
• Synthesize and support continuous learning across stakeholders through project development and launch.
• Manage administrative processes and coordinate with divisions on budget monitoring, procurement, communications and convenings.
