Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to coordinate and monitor charity and community initiatives. You will work with grantees, partners, and internal teams to achieve programme objectives, timelines, and impact across diverse stakeholders in Hong Kong.

The role emphasizes data-driven monitoring, reporting, and hands-on delivery support with strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Sports/Recreation Management, Education, Business Administration, HR Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in programme management, grant-making, sports development, education, social impact, nonprofits, or public administration.
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in programme monitoring, evaluation, performance measurement, and reporting.
• Experience engaging with NGOs, sports orgs, educational institutions, professional bodies, and/or government agencies.
• Strong programme and project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent written and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation, monitoring, and delivery of different programmes with grantees and partners.
• Manage programme monitoring and reporting processes, including budgets, risks, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with NGO partners, evaluation partners, consultants, and service providers.
• Consolidate and analyse programme data and prepare progress reports and insights.
• Support governance processes with reports and updates for senior management.
• Coordinate training courses, workshops, events, and engagement activities.
• Assist planning of participant engagement initiatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Branding and Public Affairs, and Charities Engagement.
